- breakfast - full english, a gazillion calories but then I wasnt on a diet yet as I hadnt chosen one
- lunch - chocolate shake, 210 cals surprisingly not bitty like I recall slimfast, probs cos I bought ready mixed, still remember the powdery globs from the last time I tried it.
- snack - fruits of the forest bar 91 cals.
- tea - fajittas, no idea how many cals, cos I had peppers and onion and chicken to use up altho I did only eat 2 instead of my usual four
- drink - 3ltrs of water, I peed a lot yesterday LOL
- alcohol - none :)
so I did quite well, ill try the scales in another boots today cos the one in Mytown said I was 16st11 and they have to be calibrated every month by trading standards, my scales ( I have digital and analogue) said around 17st 4lb. so Im guessing that is the correct weight but either way it doesnt really matter. Ill use the scales at home to guage how much weight Im loosing and the hardest thing is not to weigh myself every day, Ill only do it on a monday ( Im not saying how many times on a monday) but only on a monday so I wont obsess about this too much. got mum coming over to help dig the garden today so that will be excersice.
Also managed to talk dh into the diet and make him think it was his idea lol, that said he went off to work with no shakes or bars so I guess he will be starting tomorrow.
also found a link to boots online where you can save 15% on bulk buying slimfast, so they work out at about £1.01 per shake, better than the £1.20 I have been paying :)
