yesterday i ate...
- breakfast SF strawberry shake
- lunch -SF chocolate bar
- snack - ww choclate mousse 101 cals YUMMMMMMMY
- tea - ww pizza and small box of microchips 400 cals the lot, so i had 200 left over for the beer i had with it
also had two more beers at an extra 400 cals but i really had a stressfull day ( mum took her dog on the long walk to the vet :( )
did 200 cals on the orbital trainer tho so averaged out at only about 200 over what i should have :)
