yesterday i was really good on account of still not feelign very well i ate...
- breakkie - one slice of hovis bread toast 113 cals
- lunch - small roast dinner, one slice beef two spuds ( no oil) broccoli, carrots and a yorkie pud, appx 300 cals
- snack - strawberries form my very own garden :) yummmy!
- tea - ham sarnie. 2x 113 cals bread and 24 cals slice of ham, approx 10 cals for a splurge of salad creme
didnt drink a lot of water today but i didnt drink anythign else either LOL. no beer for me :) did 100 cals on the orbital trainer as well so a good day. i have to get the crunch machine out again tho, gotta get that tum in tone, my legs are lookign way better even if i do say so myself, i might just be happy abotu wearing a skirt for our anniv in 56 days :)
