yesterday i ate....
- breakfast - sf shake
- snack - BGTY fruit salad 100 cals
- lunch - SF shake
- snack - BGTY fruit salad 100 cals
- tea - linguini with mushrooma nd beef in a parsley sauce appx 400 cals ( and i didnt even eat all of it)
got 2.5KM on the eliptical trainer and i can do that without much pain (lol) so i will step it up and try and get to 3km today i have to get to 5 at least a week before the race (15/7/07) so i can go out and do 5k walking outside as that is different to insidewatching telly LOL. less than 2 months till the holiday now...
