why wont the poxy weight shift! i did 2.5 km on the trainer yesterday and supposedly burn over 150 cals but again nothing. i was really good re the food i ate yesrterday...
- breakfast - one egg (78), one toast (82 cal hovis) a bunch of mushrooms (about 13 cals for 100g, i had way less than that) total 173 cals maximim
- no snack
- lunch - BGTY brocoli chicken and pasta in cheese sauce, 301 cals ( as i didnt have the mid morning snack)
- no snack
- tea - chicken tikka with one naan and 3 popodoms, approx 500 cals
- water - 2 ltrs
- alcohol - none even tho i really really wanted a beer :(
dh has to go away for a week to wales ( we are in southampton 3 hours away) we probably wont see him for over a week, if he is still there next weekend ill take the kids up to see him, he has taken the caravan so he has digs we can all use but i will miss him terribly, i cant sleep without him and i will be a total wreck when he is gone, i just hope i can stick to the diet and not cave in and return to comfort food and booze, i normally do.
have decided to get my old cross stich oput and have somethign to do with my hands at night when im watching telly, that way i wont pick at food.
