did 2.2km on the orbital trainer and burned over 100 cals :)
yesterday i ate...
- breakfast - LL fruit bar
- lunch - boiled new potatoes and carrots appx 200 cals
- tea - BGTY tomato and basil chicken breast with roasted new potatoes 314 cals, and some roasted veg ( peppers, onion, leek, tomato) appx 30 cals
- alcohol - 2 glasses of pink champagne at 7% alc appx 150 cals total
- water - 3 ltr
havent been on the scales yet, hoping to have a few "good " days first :D
