yesterday I ate...
- breakfast SF shake
- snack - carrot
- lunch WW pizza 201 cals, I threw on some more sliced tomato (14 cals) and a couple of mushroom ( 3 or 4 cals) and had it with a salad of my own lettice ( first crop this year) and a couple of spring onions ( 24 cals) total meal appx 250 cals :)
- snack beef stock and onion soup, appx 10 cals, I sliced up the last spring onion and shoved that in a pan with 1pt boiling water and a beef stock cube, dash of chilli powder and away you go :)
- tea, homemade kiev style stuffed chicken breast with buffalo mozzerella and roasted baby tomatoes. with baby new potatoes covered in butter that just popped in the mouth scrumptious!
- water - incl soup 4 ltrs
havent done my salsa dvd for a few days but got a busy day today so will have to see if I can fit it in, did get 100 cals burn on the elip trainer yesterday so am keeping my 2.5km a day up. getting ready for race for life in 6 weeks so better get a move on, my leg is feeling better today tho so that is good :)
