bought a salsa dancing dvd on ebay last week and it came yesterday and i went thru the entire 45 min routine :D i have never doen it before so there was a bit of a learning curve but i got there in the end :) really enjoyed it as well, and got all hot and sweaty so heart rate was working :)
THEN i did 2.2 km on the eliptical trainer burnign up 100 cals , bit less of this and this and ill be skinny ribs in no time :)
yesterday i ate...
- breakfast - SF strawberry shake
- snack - assorted mushrooms cooked in flora appx 50 cals
- lunch - LL bar
- snack - mixed berries, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry yum! appx 100 cals
- tea - fajittas appx 500 cals
- water - 3ltrs at least
- alcohol - none :)
despite dh drinking 6 beers in front of me i didnt touch a drop all night :)
with all the excersice and the abstenance, maybe i am back on track :) will let you know
