1 slice warburtons white bread 65 cals ( only 55 cals for brown but I cant have brown bread in a brekkie)
1 fried egg with oil patted off ( not for a calorie reason but cos I have always done that to minimise oil on the plate) 78 cals
1 slice of bacon 88 cals ( colour me shocked at that)
one portion of mushrooms cooked in flora proactive 30 cals ( yes it was a small portion but enough to taste)
total 261 cals :D
given that I got my excersize machine out of the shed and pumped off 150 cals yesterday I am very happy with that as a breakkie, also I was so full I didnt need the mid morning 100 cal snack :D
what I ate for the rest of yesterday...
- breakfast - see above YUM! wont do it every day cos of the faffing involved but deffo a worth a sunday treat that wont be a massive cal overdose
- lunch - chocolate shake, forgot to put it in the fridge blergh! deffo chill them! they are much nicer
- afternoon snack, had the real munchies this afternoon so I grabbed a handfull of carrots and munched away will I got jaw ache :)
- evening meal, chicken tikka masala, I didnt use the weight watchers ready made one I used a jar and probably blew the 600 cals limit cos I had one naan at 163 cals and 4 pupodoms at 34 cals each on top of 300 calls of rice and about a half of a jar of the sauce, however I did have a go on the excersiser ( cant move legs today) so I felt justified.
really wanted a beer last night, we normally have beer with tikka you see ( well everything actually but normally beer with tikka) also I seem to have plateaued I am still 16st 9 this morning and even counting my lunch out the other day I have been relativly good :( am hoping it is just a water thing and it will start going down again soon. its times like this that I break and think well its not working anyway... but I will try and be strong :)
