tuesday 8 may,

well weigh in day yesterday didnt go badly, still not budging form 16st 9 but hey at least its not going up.

yesterday I ate...
  • breakfast - SF strawberry shake 210 cals
  • snack - SF chocolate and peanut bar, altho that should be more "peanut flavoured" cos if you are expecting snickers forget it LOL
  • lunch - SF chocolate bar
  • snack - salad, lunch really didnt fill either of us up so we had a low cal approx 120 cals salad
  • tea - BGTY sainsburys piri piri chicken, :( I think this had garlic in, I ususally check at the shop so I dont get it home and then discover it but I felt ill all night and had a really nasty tummy ache so Im convinced that was garlic induced. wont be getting that one again.

at a crisis with the ready meals idea, aside from being expensive, altho they offer the conveninece of knowing how many cals I am actually having, they do restrict us severly in that,
a) theres no option for extra low cal veg to bulk out the plate
b) a lot of them have garlic in them so I cant eat them
c) Im sick of poxy chicken already LOL

my mission today then is to find a decent easy to use cookbook with low cal recipies in it and start shopping for those. if I can have 600 cals in the evening then I want to enjoy them. also im craving a jacket spud LOL
