well I skipped yesterday and Ill tell you for why...
sunday I had a mcdonalds for breakfast, I got all the nutrition information off the web and even trying to minimise the calories I ate about 750 :o didnt have a snack all day and ate a low cal tea to try and minimise the cal intake, I still feel that this has slowed down my progress. wont be doign that again for a while!
today is 1 week and I still weigh 16st 9. this is good progress in a week I am very pleased with this as a starting point for the next week.
saturday I ate...
- breakfast - SF cafe shake *blergh* those can go to dh from now on they are iccky!
- snack - melon pack form sainsburys 52 cals
- lunch - SF choccy bar
- snack - SF fruit forest bar
- tea - chicken tikka WW meal 340 cals, 1 naan bread 163 cals blob of pataks chicken tikka paste as the sauce with this one is really weak and insipid, approx 50 cals
- water - 3 ltrs
- alcohol - 2 1ltr bottles of tiger beir, approx 300 cals each :o didnt enjoy those and wotn be having them again
sunday I ate...
- breakfast - double soss and egg muffin and hash brown with diet coke *gulp* 740 cals
- lunch - SF shake
- snack - celery, oh how I hate celery! altho the nasty taste in my mouth did stop me wanting to eat anything else for ages *shudder*
- tea - sainsburys BGTY sausage in onion cider gravy and mixed veg mash 340 cals with added 2 yourshire puds at 45 cals each and a portion of carrotts appros 60 cals
- water - 2 lr, drank loads of tea tho LOL
- alcohol - none
so today I started with a strawberry shake, I have MIL coming up today and the kids off as its a bank holl so stress levels will be high LOL.
determined to keep this going tho and not fall off the wagon again, added to that i didnt even really enjoy the mcD's
