well its now three weeks officially since I started and I dont dare weigh myself today, I feel fat. even tho I didnt cheat yesterday I just feel lumpy and groggy , hope Im not coming down with womething as I have not been taking my vitamins ( normally take a mulitbionta every day) and eccinacea for one week every month (1-7th so I dont forget) did a lot of housework yesterday but hardly any training cos I have pulled a muscle in my calf and I need to rest it, tried training thru it and I think I probs made it worse so im taking it easy on the foot work at the moment and will concentrate on some chair-obics.
yesterday I ate...
- breakfast - SF rasp smoothie ( nope still dont liek these, they taste like yop blergh)
- Lunch - SF strawberry shake (yum) these are deffo my fave
- snack - orange jelly with blueberries in it apx 13 cals
- tea - marinated chicken breast in a pitta bread - my own version of a kebab LOL
- water - 2ltr
so tired today will try and get my get up and go getting up and going. ( cant get ds out of bed either)

Well done on losing a stone! Thta is brillant! I've lost 19 lbs but have been at it since the start of the year! lol Kx
