saturday 26th may

nearly 4 weeks now ( monday) and I feel great. dh came home from buisiness yesterday and I had really been missing him ( and beer:P) so he and I had a few beers it was lovely and I am not even worried abotu the extra cals cos I have been good all week and doing loads of excersice.

yesterday I ate....

  • breakfast - SF chocolate bar
  • snack - asdas fruit coctail in a plastic cup, 107 cals ( i was out and it was an emergency snack LOL)
  • lunch - WW pizza, 210 cals, added on mushrooms and soem sliced sweet pepper, just needed something actually solid to eat
  • tea - WW brocauli salmon and asparagus linguini i added some portabello mushrooms ( the really big ones) and some more sweet red pepper slices.

will have to get some linguini recipies myself tho as this one was a bit insipid. then i had 4 cans of 440ml carlsberg at 220 cals each.

excersice I did 200 cals on the orbital trainer and crunched 30 times my poor desperate stomach muscles LOL they were groaning but I feel better for it today. there is actually a dip in my silhouette at the moment! will do 1 month photos monday and let you all see but its nice that there is a gap between the bit where my boobs stick out and the bit where my belly sticks out LOL
