oh the shame, 19th july
we have decided however to try for another baby ( this will be no 3) we have two at school now and will need to do some home improvement to make room for it but we are hoping to have a baby next year sometime ( not yet PG)
subsequenbtly i have dropped my multibionta for a pregnacare vitamin with floic acid in and that is about the only change except cutting out alcohol. i dont drink when i pregnant at all so i will loose weight there, also i get killer morning sickness so will find it hard to manage my diet as i have to eat dry bikkies before i get out of bed or i might as well just move into the bathroom for the day
that said i will try and keep to the calorific allowances for a while at least so i can shift a few more lbs.
good news is i got my dress for our hannoversary in 2 weeks eeeek ( you may recall i am dieting for the last 3 months to get lovely for our 9th anniversary so i can look good on our mini holiday)
its an 18 and i look fabby in it. cant wait to see dh's face when he sees me all glorious and resplendant :)

thursday 28th june
yesterday i ate...
- breakfast - SF shake
- lunch - extra light philli pannini with rocket and lettice appx 250 cals
- tea - chicken tikka and 1 naan and 3 popodums appx 700 cals, 1 beer 187 cals (fosters is lower in cals than carlsberg i was drinking)
so mainly good, cant do any excersize at the moment, my knee got twisted on sunday and im on severly restricted movement to no exersize available, only 2 weeks to my race for life too so i hope im better fully by then.
weight currently 15st 12lbs, got my size 20 jeans on and feeling good :)

friday 22 june
last night there was nothing it the freezer either so i went out for pizza, by the time i had de-nitted dd's hair (again) it was gone 8 and i was starving so i caved and went out for pizza, and beer ( altho i only had 3) i stopped when i realised i was not helping my diet.
feel all blo0ated today and wish i hadnt eaten what i did, so off to do some excersise today to try and work some of it off.
*shudder* to think what i weigh today...

still not so bad when you look at the befores LOL ( ps the befores are in black the nows are in jeans)
so as you can see everytthing is heading back up north ( makes a change LOL) im still struggling with my no beer pledge ( ok failing, i had a couple last night)

- lunch - roast pork with roast and new potatoes and veg - appz 400 cals
- tea - chicken, boiled egg and new potato salad appx 300 cals
- 3 cals of beer at 220 cals each :o
overall i didnt do that badly when you look at it, also found out tht fosters lager is well lower in cals than carlsberg so if i cant give up altogether at least i can make an informed choice

saturday 16th june
i knwo why ( its the beer, did you guess) i have been excersizing, i have been good with the cals on food, i have also been drinking beer again. i will try and not drink for a week, wthis will be hard because there is beer in the fridge but if im gonna shift more of this jelly belly in 6 weeks before our h'anniversary, i need ot be serious about this!
yesterday i ate...
- breakfast - sainsburys fresh fruit portion 74 cals
- snack 2 large mushrooms stuffed with bacon, onion and mushroom with mozerella cheese topping appx 150 cals total
- lunch - sf bar 210 cals
- snack - 3 apricots
- tea - small roast dinner, two slices beef, 3 roast potatoes, 2 yorkie puds and veg, appx 500 cals.
- 4 beers at 220 cals each :(
- drank plenty of water and green tea tho, seems like im on the loo all day at the moment LOL
did 150 cals of excersize on top of all the running abotu i do anyway so hopefully that will dampen the worst of the calories.
no beer for a week, i can do this!

saturday, dh needed a real brekkie to get over his headache so we did breakfast, then had a few beers in the evening ( i got squiffy on 4 cans of lager can you beleive it! LOL)
sunday i felt like a real brekkie myself so we did that again and then there was tea time, feeling like i blew it anyway we went for it. it is annoying when i made it doen to 15st 12 that i know now id be right back up there :( i wish i had the willpower to stick to this. i am trying to get thin for good and keep slipping, i know its not a race but id love to be a size 18 by aug 1st for our anniv. i really want to get a knockout dress for our meal out on holiday. also i have just signed up for a scrapbooking seminar in may next year so id like to loose a bit more weight for that, or at least keep off what i have already shed.
monday was much better, i tried, i really did, SF shake for brekkie, snack of shapers crispa ( horrible BTW dont go there, low cal or not!) then chicken tikka for tea with one naan bread and 3 popodums, only about 150 cals over what i should have had, but no excersice all weekend except on saturday when i took the dog out for a 2.2 mile walk
today, i have noticed i have 45 days till my anniversary, even less till my 5km walk, i really gotta get in gear.
today i have eaten
- breakfast SF shake and 1pt water
- snack defrosted prefrozen fruits of the forest and from age frais YUCK, they go all sour when they freeze them, will stick to fresh fruit from now on, didnt finish all 100 cals of it blergh!
- lunch sainsburys BGTY panini 140 cals, dollop cream cheese ( philli extra light) salad and tomato, probs no more than abotu 200 cals total and 1 pt of water.
- i have chicken out for tea and some peppers to use up but dont dare risk fajittas cos i always overeat them and besides we had chicken tikka for tea, dh will get worried by all this spicey food ( i only normally eat spicey when im preggers and im not!) will have to see what i can make to fit in with my cals allowance.
off to see if i can burn a few cals on the trainer machine too :)

( WW pizza oval 210 cals, extra sliced cherry toms, 30 cals, mushrooms 5 cals, pepper slices 10 cals appx, asdas baby mozzerella balls appx 5 cals total, and mccain microwave chips 173 cals per box. add a white soft roll to make a chip butty out of 113 cals and there you go, pizza and chips for 550 cals )

got 2.5KM on the eliptical trainer and i can do that without much pain (lol) so i will step it up and try and get to 3km today i have to get to 5 at least a week before the race (15/7/07) so i can go out and do 5k walking outside as that is different to insidewatching telly LOL. less than 2 months till the holiday now...

didnt drink a lot of water today but i didnt drink anythign else either LOL. no beer for me :) did 100 cals on the orbital trainer as well so a good day. i have to get the crunch machine out again tho, gotta get that tum in tone, my legs are lookign way better even if i do say so myself, i might just be happy abotu wearing a skirt for our anniv in 56 days :)

altho i paid for it, either the beer was off or the chicken was cos i was up all night being ill again, thats twice in a week, i have checked im not preggers so it must be either my allergy again ( altho i made the chicken and sauce myself so nothing garlicy went in there) anyway regardless i am a bit fragile today and dh is working so off to make a cuppa and hide from the kids for a bit.

upside, i dont have to worry about the calories in the pizza ( no im not advocating bullimia) but hey silver lining to what was a very unpleasant couple of days.
yesterday i was only just starting to feel better but i started back on the slimfast (hadnt really been eating much of anything)
had some berries as a snack and made shish kebab for tea, i havent weighed in cos being ill will give me a false result. will blogg properly tomorrow, only 10 weeks till my holls :)

yesterday I ate....
- breakfast - SF chocolate bar
- snack - asdas fruit coctail in a plastic cup, 107 cals ( i was out and it was an emergency snack LOL)
- lunch - WW pizza, 210 cals, added on mushrooms and soem sliced sweet pepper, just needed something actually solid to eat
- tea - WW brocauli salmon and asparagus linguini i added some portabello mushrooms ( the really big ones) and some more sweet red pepper slices.
will have to get some linguini recipies myself tho as this one was a bit insipid. then i had 4 cans of 440ml carlsberg at 220 cals each.
excersice I did 200 cals on the orbital trainer and crunched 30 times my poor desperate stomach muscles LOL they were groaning but I feel better for it today. there is actually a dip in my silhouette at the moment! will do 1 month photos monday and let you all see but its nice that there is a gap between the bit where my boobs stick out and the bit where my belly sticks out LOL

thursday 24th may (76 days to go)
news, i got weighed on the machine in boots ( the one in town where i know they just had it calibrated not the one in the village where the kids go to school what i know is 4lbs lighter than you actually are) and im still 16st 4. :) glad to have it corroborated.
dh came home tuesday night and bought beer and i really enjoyed it i guess you have to be in the mood and i didnt mind sacrificing some calories wednesday to make up for it.
my leg is still really sore so i have my tummy crunch machine set up instead and have been using that for a day or so top get some movement while not straining my calf muscle any more than i need to.
seen the absolute best dress in the world on ebay, but im not buying it till i will fit in it and so far in still a size 20 ( yes i know im only just a size 20 but it pays to think positive) LOL
yesterday i ate....
- breakfast - SF strab shake
- lunch - one egg, one toast, mushrooms in flora and one tomato
- snack - lamb stock cube 31 cals, 2 pts of water and a dash of chilli powder soup
- tea - chicken tikka, had to forgo the naan bread but had 3 popodoms with it
- water - including my soup 3.5 ltrs today
dd was off sick yesterday so i was stuck in the house and mooching abotu i found it hard not to pick at things, also ds turned the fridge up to 5 from 3 so his can of drink would cool quicker, unfortunatly this froze all the fruit and veg and today most of is it soggy and useless altho i did quite enjoy frozen blackberries and blue berries in the sun yesterday :P
taking mum and her dog to the vet today, he is really sick so it may be the last trip he makes and she will need some sympathy, i hope not cos he is a lovely little guy but she has 7 dogs so in sure her neighbours wont miss one more, my main worry is that i beleive these things come in ones or threes, dh's nextdoor neighbour for 30 years passed on yesterday and if zach ( the dog) goes today ill dread the phone tomorrow especially with dh working away at a power station, there is so much that can go wrong.

tuesday 22 may ~ size 20 !
yesterday I ate...
- breakfast SF shake
- snack - carrot
- lunch WW pizza 201 cals, I threw on some more sliced tomato (14 cals) and a couple of mushroom ( 3 or 4 cals) and had it with a salad of my own lettice ( first crop this year) and a couple of spring onions ( 24 cals) total meal appx 250 cals :)
- snack beef stock and onion soup, appx 10 cals, I sliced up the last spring onion and shoved that in a pan with 1pt boiling water and a beef stock cube, dash of chilli powder and away you go :)
- tea, homemade kiev style stuffed chicken breast with buffalo mozzerella and roasted baby tomatoes. with baby new potatoes covered in butter that just popped in the mouth scrumptious!
- water - incl soup 4 ltrs
havent done my salsa dvd for a few days but got a busy day today so will have to see if I can fit it in, did get 100 cals burn on the elip trainer yesterday so am keeping my 2.5km a day up. getting ready for race for life in 6 weeks so better get a move on, my leg is feeling better today tho so that is good :)

why wont the poxy weight shift! i did 2.5 km on the trainer yesterday and supposedly burn over 150 cals but again nothing. i was really good re the food i ate yesrterday...
- breakfast - one egg (78), one toast (82 cal hovis) a bunch of mushrooms (about 13 cals for 100g, i had way less than that) total 173 cals maximim
- no snack
- lunch - BGTY brocoli chicken and pasta in cheese sauce, 301 cals ( as i didnt have the mid morning snack)
- no snack
- tea - chicken tikka with one naan and 3 popodoms, approx 500 cals
- water - 2 ltrs
- alcohol - none even tho i really really wanted a beer :(
dh has to go away for a week to wales ( we are in southampton 3 hours away) we probably wont see him for over a week, if he is still there next weekend ill take the kids up to see him, he has taken the caravan so he has digs we can all use but i will miss him terribly, i cant sleep without him and i will be a total wreck when he is gone, i just hope i can stick to the diet and not cave in and return to comfort food and booze, i normally do.
have decided to get my old cross stich oput and have somethign to do with my hands at night when im watching telly, that way i wont pick at food.

thursday 17th may
bought a salsa dancing dvd on ebay last week and it came yesterday and i went thru the entire 45 min routine :D i have never doen it before so there was a bit of a learning curve but i got there in the end :) really enjoyed it as well, and got all hot and sweaty so heart rate was working :)
THEN i did 2.2 km on the eliptical trainer burnign up 100 cals , bit less of this and this and ill be skinny ribs in no time :)

despite dh drinking 6 beers in front of me i didnt touch a drop all night :)
with all the excersice and the abstenance, maybe i am back on track :) will let you know

- lunch - SF chocolate meal bar
- snack home made soup (chicken stock, four baby leeks sliced thinly and a dash of chilli powder and about 2 pints of water, shared with dh) appx 30 cals
- tea - cottage pie 213 cals with green beans and baby corn and broccoli.
- alcohol, 4 cans of 440ml beer, 220 cals each :(
- water - 3 ltrs
- excersice - burnt 130 cals today :)
I feel really bad abouu drinking as I didnt want it, I was quite happy not having any and didnt really enjoy it. problem is there is now still beer left in the fridge, dh is having a bad day again so will probably polish that off tonight and I have to try and be strong and not have any. its not easy when you are so used to it all the time, but I am committed to geting this weight off.

i dont like mondays 14th may 2 weeks
I think the frustration that in a week I havent lost anything even when I was being good has not helped, I diet a lot better when I can see results. ( and when I dont eat chinese food obviously)
yesterday I ate...
- breakfast I had a lighterlife bar ( will tell you about this later)
- lunch SF strawb shake
- snack mushrooms and WW ham sliced and cooked in flora proactive, est 40 cals
- tea, peking duck and pancakes with spring onion and cucumber with hoisan sauce (4) portion of satay beef, portion of roast port chinese style and 4 prawn crackers for the juice
- alcohol *gulp* 6 x 440ml cans of carlsberg at 220 cals EACH
- water, not a lot of room for water after all that beer
right, lighterlife. I got hold of some lighterlife bars on ebay ( they are strictly liscenced so that was rare) and had one for brekkie yesterday and they are not bad, the reason im throwing yet another diet product into the mix is that LL have an appetite surpressant in them, unlike WW and SF. they come in at 150 cals a bar so less than SF shakes or bars and it will keep me going thru the whole morning :) so I can save another 100 cals on the snack mid morning too ( am munching another one as I type) will get on the orbital trainer as well later as I have LOST to watch from last night so will sort 100 cals there too :) did consider LL as a diet but then i saw the cost £66 a week :o cant stretch to that neither can dh, even if it does mean a stone a month
I am back on the wagon of this diet and will be committed to it as I have seen a dress I want to buy and wear in hannover, wont buy it till it will fit tho...

bit let down that I havnt lost a poound or two altho I have had a nice italian meal out at a restaurant and some beers last night didnt help. sigh.
here is what I ate yesterday...
- breakfast - SF chocolate bar 210 cals
- lunch - 4" of french bread with WW ham and salad creme approx 300 cals
- tea - turkey fajittas, peppers roasted and a teensy sprinkle of fajitta powder to flavour the meat
- water - 3 ltrs today
- alcohol, 4x 440 ml cans of carlsberg. 220 cals each *sigh* feel really guilty now.
possibly that is where the non- weight loss is coming form *lol* never mind will be good today, had a 210 cal brekkie :) am getting really good at them.

friday 11th may ( the fry up )
1 slice warburtons white bread 65 cals ( only 55 cals for brown but I cant have brown bread in a brekkie)
1 fried egg with oil patted off ( not for a calorie reason but cos I have always done that to minimise oil on the plate) 78 cals
1 slice of bacon 88 cals ( colour me shocked at that)
one portion of mushrooms cooked in flora proactive 30 cals ( yes it was a small portion but enough to taste)
total 261 cals :D
given that I got my excersize machine out of the shed and pumped off 150 cals yesterday I am very happy with that as a breakkie, also I was so full I didnt need the mid morning 100 cal snack :D
what I ate for the rest of yesterday...
- breakfast - see above YUM! wont do it every day cos of the faffing involved but deffo a worth a sunday treat that wont be a massive cal overdose
- lunch - chocolate shake, forgot to put it in the fridge blergh! deffo chill them! they are much nicer
- afternoon snack, had the real munchies this afternoon so I grabbed a handfull of carrots and munched away will I got jaw ache :)
- evening meal, chicken tikka masala, I didnt use the weight watchers ready made one I used a jar and probably blew the 600 cals limit cos I had one naan at 163 cals and 4 pupodoms at 34 cals each on top of 300 calls of rice and about a half of a jar of the sauce, however I did have a go on the excersiser ( cant move legs today) so I felt justified.
really wanted a beer last night, we normally have beer with tikka you see ( well everything actually but normally beer with tikka) also I seem to have plateaued I am still 16st 9 this morning and even counting my lunch out the other day I have been relativly good :( am hoping it is just a water thing and it will start going down again soon. its times like this that I break and think well its not working anyway... but I will try and be strong :)

- water - about 2ltrs wasnt paying attention
- alcohol - a medium large scotch and diet coke, but just one :)

- snack - red grapefruit
- tea - small steak approx 150g ( at 212cals per 100g) and small jacket spud, ( appx 250 cals) and baby corn ( appx 70 cals) and a drwoning of gravy YUM! a proper meal and still under 600 cals :D
- snack chip sarnie :) yes i know what you are thinking but, microchips 170 cals per box, i shared the box with dh and we had one slice of warburtons bread at 50 cals each folded over into this heavenly creation at just over 100 cals :) wow!
will have some carrots wityh me this morning as i am roudn at a buddys house for a chat and some tea :) then lunch out with my buddys dolly and JC. am really looking forward to it. will have to make choices abotu how to eat out, do i just blow the diet for that one meal and make sure i dotn stuff myself too full ( a lá paul mckenna) or choose boring on the menu? hmm well its dollys dads restaurant so i better do the food justice, besides im not in a race to get thin. this is for the long haul and i will probably be watching cals the rest of my life, one meal wont kill me :)

also today i dusted down my eliptical trainer and did a bit on it, burned over 100 cals that way. and that was just dustinag and getting it out of the shed i swear LOL

tuesday 8 may,
yesterday I ate...

- snack - SF chocolate and peanut bar, altho that should be more "peanut flavoured" cos if you are expecting snickers forget it LOL
- lunch - SF chocolate bar
- snack - salad, lunch really didnt fill either of us up so we had a low cal approx 120 cals salad
- tea - BGTY sainsburys piri piri chicken, :( I think this had garlic in, I ususally check at the shop so I dont get it home and then discover it but I felt ill all night and had a really nasty tummy ache so Im convinced that was garlic induced. wont be getting that one again.
at a crisis with the ready meals idea, aside from being expensive, altho they offer the conveninece of knowing how many cals I am actually having, they do restrict us severly in that,
a) theres no option for extra low cal veg to bulk out the plate
b) a lot of them have garlic in them so I cant eat them
c) Im sick of poxy chicken already LOL
my mission today then is to find a decent easy to use cookbook with low cal recipies in it and start shopping for those. if I can have 600 cals in the evening then I want to enjoy them. also im craving a jacket spud LOL

well I skipped yesterday and Ill tell you for why...
sunday I had a mcdonalds for breakfast, I got all the nutrition information off the web and even trying to minimise the calories I ate about 750 :o didnt have a snack all day and ate a low cal tea to try and minimise the cal intake, I still feel that this has slowed down my progress. wont be doign that again for a while!
today is 1 week and I still weigh 16st 9. this is good progress in a week I am very pleased with this as a starting point for the next week.

- snack - melon pack form sainsburys 52 cals

- tea - chicken tikka WW meal 340 cals, 1 naan bread 163 cals blob of pataks chicken tikka paste as the sauce with this one is really weak and insipid, approx 50 cals

- alcohol - 2 1ltr bottles of tiger beir, approx 300 cals each :o didnt enjoy those and wotn be having them again

so today I started with a strawberry shake, I have MIL coming up today and the kids off as its a bank holl so stress levels will be high LOL.
determined to keep this going tho and not fall off the wagon again, added to that i didnt even really enjoy the mcD's

OMG its actually working!!! day 6, saturday 5 april
well i couldnt wait any longer, my beer belly has shrunk and i had to know if i had lost any weight.
today i weighed in at 16st 9 :)
wooohooo, that is 9lbs in less than a week. ( there are 14lbs in a stone arnt there) wow i cant beleive this is actually working. dh will be thrilled and i cant wait to see how he fares on the scales. well im really keyed up now and raring to keep this diet going :)
yesterday i ate...
- breakfast - half a SF chocolate meal bar, hungover and feeling
ill so didnt want the rest - lunch - cornbeef sarnie with
salad and tomato, 412 cals approx ( salad creme is a killer) - tea - WW chicken and brocolli pasta in cheese and parsley
sauce 310 cals( burnt my mouth on that as it was hot inside the pasta, ouchy!) - snack - peach
- snack - other half of
breakfast bar - water - 2 ltrs, ( dodgy tum)
- alcohol - you are kidding right LOL
felt awful all yesterday and today i feel fabulous becuase i have lost a heap of weight, over half a stone and i am so pleased. off to dig in the garden today and work of a few more cals.

friday, may 4th day 5
well last night dh and i were a little naughty. we had a couple of glasses of wine. then a couple more and before we knew it 3 bottles had gone between us :( i know i certainly dont feel better for it this morning and im sure he doesnt. luckily my mum is coming over really early today to wait in while he carpet cleaner gets delivered so ill send her off to school with the kids because i dont think i should drive.
yesterday i ate
- breakfast - SF shake chocolate 210 cals
- lunch - SF fruits of the forest bar
- snack - 2 peaches
- tea - weightwatchers chicken in tomato and basil with new potatoes, 312 cals
1.5 bottles of wine approx 1000 cals??
im not a wine drinker ( prefer beer) so i dont know my limits and i will remember that three bottles is too much in future, lol

day 4, thursday 3rd may
so I had a brainwave, weightwatchers do ready prepared meals with the calories stamped right there on the front, even I can work that out plus as they are ready prepared I dont have to worry about cooking or preparing them.
what I ate yesterday
- breakfast - SF raspberry smoothie 212 cals
- snack - approx 100g strawberries, 34 cals
- lunch - SF chocolate milkshake and assorted melon sections from sainsburys 52 cals
- tea - weightwatchers chicken tikka and rice ( hmmm not exactly what Id call spicey and I dont really like relly spicey food, still it was edible and more importantly it had the calories listed ) 312 cals, plus one naan bread at 163 cals
- evening snack - SF cranberry and almond bar 99 cals
- water - approx 2 ltrs, just didnt get the time to drink more, but I did have a couple of extra cups of tea
- alcohol - none. ( and boy did the evening drag!)
dh has the weightwatchers lasagne as he loves that, he said this one was a bit flat and could use a couple of more layers, I replied that would probably add a couple of hundred calories as well. he seems to be getting stomach aches when he has the SF bars, I hope it is not going to be a problem as if he has to go on just shakes he will bore of this very very quickly! I will look into the soups and pastas available in the diet market and see if there is anything he could take to work instead. after all it doesnt have to be sSF, he could have a can of soup etc as long as the calories tally with the SF plan we should both continue to loose weight.
cant beleive its only thursday, seems like I have been doing this for ever!
off to the library to get some books on calories etc

wednesday 2nd may (day 3)
had a real munchies on so I went out to get on with the garden with mum, had an apple to munch on. then at lunch time as she has worked on my garden all morning I offerd her lunch and we had a salad but Im surprised just how many calories there are in a mini pork pie, I kid you not there are like 193 cals and im sitting there going "I could eat this thing in one bite!" so I stuck to rabbit food leaves and tomatoes.
Im looking into negative caliorie foods, eg if a tomato has 50 cals in it but takes 75 cals to be eaten and digested by your body it leaves you with a negative calorie count overall of 25 cals. less cals less weight. or so it is supposed to go. still researching tho.
also been looking into ways to boost my metabolism, other than the normal mantra of excersice, excersice, excersice. I remember a while back when I was on the atkins, the shoping channel had another diet about heating up your metabolism with chillies etc, so ill see if I can get any info on that as if I can make the meals I do eat helathier and more fat burning wiht less cals then the weight will come off easier.

- alcohols - none
- final snack - SF fruits of the forest bar late evening when i got munchies again.
yes I know you are not meant to have two meals and all those snacks but as its TTOTM I feel justified as I didnt reach for the huge slab of galaxy I have im my scraproom. todays job is to go round and gather all the easter eggs that still litter the house and put them all in one place for the kids, they can eat them and keep them away from me, not a huge problem cos I never liked easter egg chocolate anyway. also today mum is coming over again to tackle the other half of the veggie plot so im getting plenty of the dreaded excersice! will probably make lunch for her and stick to my bars tho.
dh has taken a shake, a meal bar and a snack bar to work today but I have to find a healthy meal or snack alternative we can grab while out as his job means often he will be all over the place during the day.
good news is I feel better and altho I havent weighed myself ( and I have a very strong urge to) I think I am winning, altho all the bloating associated with drinking 6 cans of beer a night will be making a difference!
did you know the average can of larger has 220 cals :) will bear that in mind for when I have done my self imposed 2 weeks with no booze.;)

tuesday day 2
- breakfast - full english, a gazillion calories but then I wasnt on a diet yet as I hadnt chosen one
- lunch - chocolate shake, 210 cals surprisingly not bitty like I recall slimfast, probs cos I bought ready mixed, still remember the powdery globs from the last time I tried it.
- snack - fruits of the forest bar 91 cals.
- tea - fajittas, no idea how many cals, cos I had peppers and onion and chicken to use up altho I did only eat 2 instead of my usual four
- drink - 3ltrs of water, I peed a lot yesterday LOL
- alcohol - none :)
so I did quite well, ill try the scales in another boots today cos the one in Mytown said I was 16st11 and they have to be calibrated every month by trading standards, my scales ( I have digital and analogue) said around 17st 4lb. so Im guessing that is the correct weight but either way it doesnt really matter. Ill use the scales at home to guage how much weight Im loosing and the hardest thing is not to weigh myself every day, Ill only do it on a monday ( Im not saying how many times on a monday) but only on a monday so I wont obsess about this too much. got mum coming over to help dig the garden today so that will be excersice.
Also managed to talk dh into the diet and make him think it was his idea lol, that said he went off to work with no shakes or bars so I guess he will be starting tomorrow.
also found a link to boots online where you can save 15% on bulk buying slimfast, so they work out at about £1.01 per shake, better than the £1.20 I have been paying :)
1st day of the rest of my life, yada yada yada
I did look in to lighterlife, and altho a buddy of mine has lost 4 stone in about 4 months I cant stick to that giving up food completely lark its just too hard. Im starting slim fast £23 lighter already I have weighed in at 17st 4lb this morning. I dont want to know what that is in killotonnes LOL
